Copper will WHISK-you away

Copper Whiskey Bar and Grill is a Bozeman gem and is nestled in the basement of Sweet Chilli Bistro, but don’t let this fact deter you from entering. When walking down the steps, patrons are treated to a wonderfully chic and modern style restaurant, complete with a bar and a dining area that is perfect for a date night or a night out with your friends and family. Staying on Montana theme, patrons are reminded of a log cabin in the woods.
If it wasn’t obvious from the name, Copper has an amazing whiskey selection. With over 250 whiskey options from all over the world, customers are sure to have all their tastes satisfied. In addition to straight whiskey, Copper also boasts some impressive mixed drinks. A Bozeman favorite is the Peach Whisk-Tea. Bourbon mixed with peach schnapps, honey, lemon, and iced tea creates a beautifully sweet drink that will have everyone wanting another.
Besides an extensive drink menu, Copper also provides customers with a lengthy food menu. Offering appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, steaks and smoked meats, hungry Bozemanites can eat all their favorite foods in one sitting. While you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, some highlights are the Slushman’s burger, truffle fries, and cheese Curds. Additionally, they also cook amazing steaks and make one of the best pulled pork sandwiches.
While the food and drink is wonderful, the price can be a little steep making it slightly more expensive than other Bozeman restaurants, but the cost is moderate compared to the food and service that you will receive at Copper.
