On Friday, April 27, The Downtown Bozeman Association, First Interstate Bank, MSU Athletics, MSU Alumni Foundation, MSU and ASMSU will be hosting the 10th annual Bobcat Fest on Main Street in downtown Bozeman. Students and community members are invited to come enjoy complimentary hamburgers and sausages, live music, vendors, raffles and free t-shirts, as well as free mugs and beverage tickets for graduating seniors.
“Bobcat Fest is a gathering of MSU students, faculty, staff and the Bozeman community on Main Street in downtown Bozeman to thank MSU for being an essential part of the Bozeman community,” said Amy Kanuch, head of University Communications’ Community Relations and Marketing. “We celebrate our partnership with Downtown Bozeman and the vibrant businesses that welcome our students and help make this a great place to live.”
Transportation to and from Bobcat Fest is provided by the Streamline Bus — orange, blue and red lines will all arrive at the event by 5 p.m. There will also be a bus parked downtown at 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Tracy Avenue to bring students back to the SUB.
Bobcat Fest is free and open to the public, and will be occurring regardless of the weather, though live music may be cancelled in the event of rain. For more information on the event, visit downtownbozeman.org/event/bobcat-fest1.
