Missoula Police use Grappler to safely stop suspect vehicle
MISSOULA, Mont. — The Missoula Police Department (MPD) successfully used a vehicle Grappler to safely stop a suspect known to be armed and wanted on a $250,000 warrant from Ravalli County.
