MSU alumni named Montana Teacher of the Year

Kristi Borge, a K-8 teacher living and working in Polaris, Montana, has been named 2021 Montana Teacher of the Year. Borge teaches 11 students out of a one-room schoolhouse in the rural town of 132 total residents. She has been teaching in Polaris since the fall of 2015.

Election poll shows close races

The Treasure State 2020 pre-election poll, conducted by MSU’s Human Ecology Learning & Problem Solving (HELPS) Lab, was conducted by mail this year to poll for the 2020 elections from Montana residents. 8,836 surveys were delivered and 1,787 were returned for a response rate of 20.
