Former Reilly Neill senate campaign staffer announces support for Kurt Alme

MISSOULA, Mont — After Reilly Neill lost last night's Democratic Senate primary, a member of her team took to X to announce her support of Kurt Alme.

Jami Woodman, Neill’s political director, posted that “Alme is the best choice for Montana’s next senator, thanks for running Kurt.”

She followed up with a quote tweet saying, “Vote Kurt Alme!”

On "X," Woodman has doubled down.. and has posted additional tweets with the same language.

In an interview with Nonstop Local, Neill said in response to a question indicating that due to the current shape of politics in Montana, based off previous elections, that people were happy with Republicans as they hold a majority across a statewide office, that "she does not hear that," she additionally pitched the Democratic Party in that interview.
