Robbery reported at Town Pump

Police have arrested a man accused of committing a May 12 robbery at the Town Pump at 206 W. Jefferson in Belgrade.

"The suspect fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival," reads a Wednesday statement from the City of Belgrade. "Belgrade Police Detectives assumed the investigation and, in coordination with the Bozeman Police Department, identified a person of interest in the case. That individual is currently in custody as the investigation continues. At this time, there is no ongoing risk to the public related to this incident."

The robbery is alleged to have happened at about 3:08 a.m. May 12.
