Wildfire spotted near Mount Ellis summit southeast of Bozeman
Bozeman, Mont. — Firefighters are hiking into the Custer Gallatin National forest to reach a fire near the summit of Mount Ellis southeast of Bozeman.
Forest officials said the reported fire activity remains minimal with smoldering fuels surrounded by rock and snow.
