KALISPELL, Mont. – Glacier High School’s French Program has received an Exemplary with Distinction Program Award from the American Association of Teachers of French, officials with Kalispell Public Schools (KPS) announced on Tuesday.

Glacier High was one of only four schools across the country to receive the award, and it was the only public school among the recipients.

According to KPS officials, this marks the fourth consecutive national award that the program has received since 2016.

“Led by teachers Stephanie Hill and Coralie Seizilles de Mazancourt, the program is building global citizens right here in the Flathead Valley,” a KPS spokesperson said.
