Liquid Planet to close one of its Missoula locations

MISSOULA, Mont. - Missoula-based coffee chain Liquid Planet is set to close its Liquid Planet Grille location on Brooks Street, according to a social media post from the coffeehouse.

The last operational day for the location will be this Sunday, May 10.

"The last two years have been incredible and we so appreciate every customer that supported us," Liquid Planet wrote. "Unfortunately though over time, the Grille on Brooks simply did not attain the volume needed to sustain a larger business and the costs that come with it. "

Liquid Planet has six locations in Missoula, including one at the county courthouse and a drive-through near the airport.

The coffeehouse assured customers that its other locations will be "happily operating as usual."

"We gratefully thank you for your support, and we look forward to seeing you this week at the LP Grille on Brooks to say farewell to an incredible location!"
