Lone Rock School closure to continue through Thursday after water main break

Lone Rock School District said the school will continue to be closed through Thursday, March 5, while they work on repairing a broken water main.

The district said the final steps to having a "functional water system" will be completed Thursday and Friday.

Parent teacher conferences and the book fair are still scheduled to continue from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday as originally planned.

The district first announced the discovery of the water main break on Monday.
