Prescribed burn in Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest

HELENA, Mont. - The Lincoln Ranger district is set to burn hand piles along Copper Creek near the Indian Meadows Admin site in the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest on Tuesday, according to the U.S. Forest Service.

"Smoke may be visible northeast of Lincoln and Highway 200," the forest service said. 

Residents in the area should be advised not to be concerned if they see smoke in that area.
