Man accused of assaulting officer, DUI
A 55-year-old California man drove drunk without a driver’s license and insurance, kicked a police officer, and tried to head butt the officer, according to allegations filed in county court.
The man, Alfonso David Crus, was arrested shortly after an investigation that began around 7 p.m.
