Three Fors FFA team takes 1st place in Wyoming competition

Three Forks FFA’s Agriculture Sales and Service Team took 1st Place at the 2026 Border Wars FFA Competition in Sheridan, Wyoming, on March 2.

The team includes Sophia Emens, who also took 1st Place as an individual), Vincent Briceno (8th Place Individual), Kaydence Jensen (11th Place Individual), and Cooper Fallang (14th Place Individual).

“We had a great time networking with the college and FFA members from Wyoming, and doing a little shopping as well,” reads a March 3 statement from Three Forks FFA. “We did very well in our contests!”

The Three Forks FFA Vet Science Team took 11th Place. Members of that team are Kortney Merritt, Cassie Schmitt, Heidi Hutchison, Payten Vander Voort, Keeley Luhrsen, and Taylor Teske.

The Three Forks FFA FBM Team took 11th Place, and those members include Hunter Holland, Anna Tribble, and Kennedy Wright.
