Apply today to be elected as a Senator in your student body government, the Associated Students of Montana State University (ASMSU).  Senators volunteer approximately 5-7 hours per week and have influence over decisions, events, and services campus-wide.

What do you want to see happen on campus?

Next year, ASMSU will be working on these issues (among many others):

• Rebuilding the gyms
• Improving resources for student clubs
• Hosting fun activities, cultural events, and entertainment
• Seeking transportation solutions – bikes, buses, shuttles, parking, etc.
• Managing student fees responsibly
• Caring for campus safety – guns on campus, snow removal, etc.
• Influencing MSU policies and procedures
• Improving campus infrastructure and classroom
• Collaborating with local government representatives

Process for becoming an ASMSU Senator:

1. Complete the application before April 3rd at 11:59pm
2. Campaign to persuade students to vote for you
3. Vote on April 9-10th in the ASMSU General Election
