What can the Supreme Court do if Trump ignores its ruling and continues with tariffs? Nothing. It is up to Congress. We all know that most of the Republicans in Congress, including Montana’s senators and congressmen, are afraid to go against Trump. Their concern is not our country or the Constitution; all they care about is their seat in Congress. So here starts a dictatorship.
