New details released in crash that killed Arlee woman and infant on Highway 93
LAKE COUNTY, Mont. — New details have been released in a crash that killed an Arlee woman and her one-month-old infant Sunday night on U.S. Highway 93.
As NonStop Local previously reported, the crash happened around 9:38 p.m. near mile marker 21.
Authorities say 28-year-old Bryeanna Brazill was driving south when her vehicle crossed the double yellow line and collided head-on with a northbound vehicle.
Brazill and her infant were pronounced dead at the scene.
The other driver, a 66-year-old man from Polson, suffered minor injuries and was taken to St. Patrick Hospital.
The Montana Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is handling the coroner investigation and extended its condolences to the Brazill family.
