Butte CVB meeting set for Thursday

The Butte Convention & Visitors Bureau will be hosting a meeting from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 19, at the Butte Chamber of Commerce, 1000 George St.

American Legion dinner set for Wednesday

The American Legion Post #1 and the Auxiliary will have a dinner on Wednesday at the America Legion Hall, 3201 Wynne Ave. The hall opens at 5:30 p.m., with dinner at 6 p.m.

The menu includes fried chicken, jojo potatoes, rolls, salads and cake for dessert. The cost is $10. A short meeting will follow the dinner.
