Philipsburg to host Pickleball Showdown to benefit local volunteer fire department

PHILIPSBURG — A Pickleball Showdown is planned for Saturday, April 11, at the Philipsburg Town Park.

Registration for the fundraiser starts at noon and the tournament begins at 1 p.m. The cost is $40 a team and is doubles only tourney.

The top three teams will split 50% of the proceeds, with the other 50% going to benefit the Philipsburg Volunteer Fire Department’s new firehall.
