Police looking for missing Butte woman last seen on Feb. 14

The Butte-Silver Bow Law Enforcement Department is asking the public for help locating a missing Butte person, Sara Salusso, who was last seen on Feb. 14.

The 47-year-old walked away from the Hayes-Morris House on Main Street.

Salusso, who has brown hair and blue eyes, is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 250 pounds.

According to Sheriff Ed Lester, Salusso had been in contact with a relative via phone as recently as early Tuesday afternoon.

Sheriff Lester said the missing woman, who has some mental health issues, is believed to be in the Uptown Butte area.

“She does not have a vehicle and is likely on foot,” said the sheriff. “We would like to locate Sara in order to check on her welfare.”
