Richland County Jail Booking Log

The following individuals were recently booked into the Richland County Jail in Sidney.

Carielle Maczka Kloker, 48, was arrested Feb. 22, 2026, by the Richland County Sheriff's Office. Kloker was charged with unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway, 11-15 MPH over limit, and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (first offense).

Patrick Sean Hasselbrack, 52, was arrested Feb. 22, 2026, by the Sidney Police Department. Hasselbrack was charged with operating motor vehicle while defective or removed seat belts, operating a vehicle which has not been properly registered, displaying fictitious altered etc. license plates, driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked (second offense), driving in violation of proof of financial responsibility requirement (suspended or revoked) and failure to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle-owner or operator (third or subsequent offense).

Esmeralda Abigail Wilkerson, 26, was arrested Feb. 22, 2026, by the Sidney Police Department. Wilkerson was charged with criminal child endangerment and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (second offense).

Jay Allen Fugate, 55, was arrested Feb. 23, 2026, by Sidney Probation and Parole to serve three days concurrent.

Schon Rodney Boll, 47, was arrested Feb. 23, 2026, by the Fairview Police Department. Boll was charged with obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, disorderly conduct (first offense), and intimidation (felony).

Dalton Samuel Keller, 22, was arrested Feb. 25, 2026, by Sidney Probation and Parole to serve three days concurrent.

Travis Ray Cundiff, 49, was arrested Feb. 26, 2026, by the Sidney Police Department. Cundiff was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (first offense).

Trevin James Scott, 26, was arrested Feb. 27, 2026, by the Fairview Police Department. Scott was charged with reckless driving (first offense) and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (first offense).

Stanley Keith Lawrence Jr., 34, was arrested Feb. 27, 2026, by the Fairview Police Department. Lawrence was charged with owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance (first offense), driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked (first offense) and disorderly conduct (first offense).

Tyran Ray Slim Jim, 29, was arrested Feb. 28, 2026, by the Fairview Police Department. Jim was charged with operating a vehicle which has not been properly registered and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (third offense).

Abeni Snow White, 19, was arrested Feb. 28, 2026, by the Sidney Police Department on a warrant issued by Richland County, Montana.
