Sportsman's Bridge work in Bigfork to cause traffic delays March 27

BIGFORK, Mont. — Drivers heading through Bigfork should expect delays Friday as crews work on the Sportsman's Bridge.

According to the Montana Department of Transportation, crews will pave the bridge approaches.

The work will reduce traffic to a single lane controlled by temporary traffic lights and flaggers.

Delays could last up to 15 minutes while the work is underway.

Speed limits will be reduced to 25 mph within the project area. Drivers are asked to slow down, follow traffic control and watch for workers and equipment.

Crews will be on site from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
