With a pirate in charge, it's a long slippery slope 'til November
It seems like it should be obvious by now. He's been president for over a year. He's accomplished much that we shall be ashamed of forever.
Thousands worldwide have died because of the aid he has ceased and the wars he has "ended". He has curtailed critical medical and environmental research. He has attacked universities for not believing in his brand of truth, as if there were brands. He attacks journalists and the media also for the same reasons — the freedom to search for truth is considered an obstacle in his search for greatness.
He has lived his life armed with lawsuits and now he rules our country and the world with thugs and tariffs. The fellow citizens WE THE PEOPLE elected, invested with voices in the decisions made in this country, have evidently decided his decisions outclass any power bestowed upon them, at least in this state.
It's a long way 'til November.
He's a pirate. How many more ships on the high seas will he take? How many more trophies and tributes shall be laid at his feet? How many more deaths in our streets caused by his armed apostles inflicting power will not honestly be explained?
Will he actually try to take another country and will we let him? And if so, can I honestly call myself a proud American anymore?
It's a long slippery slope 'til November.
